Hey everyone, I've got a problem. I've been busy writing an epic fantasy novel for about 5 years now and I've only done about 12000 words because I keep on getting new ideas (so I jot them down and forget them, I've learned to do that) or the idea behind the novel keeps evolving.

Should I just drop it entirely and begin something new?
